Foot Care and Fingernails Routine
Taking care of your feet and fingernails is essential for overall hygiene and well-being. Start by soaking your feet in warm water. For your fingernails, gently file them to your desired shape and back the cuticles. Regularly moisturizing your feet and using a nourishing nail oil can keep both your feet and nails healthy and looking great!

2
Corns and Calluses Treatment
Corns and calluses are areas of thickened skin that develop as a protective response to friction and pressure. Treatment options include soaking the affected area, using exfoliating creams, and protective pads to relieve pressure. In more severe cases, consulting a healthcare professional for removal may be necessary. Maintaining proper foot hygiene and choosing the right footwear can help prevent their recurrence.

3
Diabetic Foot Care Routine
Specialized medical and supportive services aimed at preventing, diagnosing, and treating foot complications in people with diabetes.

4
Cracked Heels , Fissures and Dry Skin
Cracked heels, heel fissures, and dry skin by a foot care nurse (also called a certified foot care nurse or advanced foot care nurse) involves safe, non-invasive care tailored to people with conditions like diabetes, poor circulation, or skin disorders. Their role is especially valuable for clients who are at risk of complications.
5
Ingrown , pincer or Involuted nails
Treatment of ingrown, pincer, or involuted toenails by a Registered Nurse (RN)—especially one trained in advanced or foot care nursing—is focused on safe, non-invasive management and preventing complications, particularly for clients with diabetes, poor circulation, or neuropathy.
While RNs (even those trained in foot care) generally do not perform surgical procedures, they can provide conservative care and refer to a podiatrist when more advanced intervention is needed.
6
Provide Therapeutic Foot Care Aids
A Registered Nurse (RN)—especially one trained in Advanced or Therapeutic Foot Care—can provide and recommend a range of therapeutic foot care aids that help manage or prevent foot problems such as cracked skin, ingrown nails, calluses, ulcers, and neuropathy-related issues.
These aids support skin health, offload pressure, improve circulation, and reduce the risk of complications (especially in diabetic and elderly patients).
